When everyday life feels harder than it should, it can affect confidence, relationships, independence and overall wellbeing. Behaviour challenges, emotional regulation difficulties and mental health concerns can make it difficult to participate in the things that matter most.
We provide NDIS-funded Psychology and Positive Behaviour Support services that support children, adolescents and adults improve wellbeing, increase independence, strengthen relationships or reduce behaviours that may be getting in the way.
How Psychological Therapy can help you
Psychological Therapy has been a valuable support for many people including those:

Accessing NDIS Psychology and Positive Behaviour Support is simple
Our personalised Psychological Therapy sessions and Positive Behaviour Support services are covered under the NDIS. To access our services, fill in the online referral form and tell us about your NDIS plan. We’ll connect you with our registered psychologist or NDIS behaviour support practitioner for your first session where we discuss your goals. To make you feel as comfortable as possible, we’ll work with you to establish the best setting for your sessions – at home, school, in the community or another comfortable place.

NDIS FAQs
Do I need a referral to access your services?
Yes. Referrals can be submitted by participants, parents or guardians, support coordinators, plan managers, schools, healthcare professionals, or other stakeholders. Once we receive the referral, our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.
What services do you provide?
We provide both Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Psychology Services. Our supports may include behaviour assessments, behaviour support plans, psychological assessments, therapy, emotional regulation support, social skills development, capacity building, parent coaching, and
stakeholder collaboration.
Who can access your services?
We support children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of behavioural, developmental, and mental health needs, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, acquired brain injury, developmental delays, and complex support needs.
Do you provide services for children and adults?
Yes. We support individuals across the lifespan, from early childhood through to adulthood.
What areas do you service?
We provide supports across Sydney and surrounding areas, with telehealth options available for participants in other locations.
Do you accept self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants?
Yes. We work with self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants.
Where are services delivered?
Services can be delivered at home, school, in the community, at our clinic, or via telehealth, depending on individual needs and funding arrangements.
Do you provide Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) services?
Yes. We support young children and their families through evidence-based early intervention services that build developmental skills and support long-term outcomes.
Do you work with families, carers, and other professionals?
Absolutely. We work collaboratively with families, carers, support coordinators, teachers, therapists, support workers, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach.
Can you help with emotional regulation, social skills, and mental health challenges?
Yes. Through Psychology and Positive Behaviour Support, we assist participants to build emotional regulation, social, communication, coping, and independence skills that support participation and wellbeing.
Do you support participants with complex behaviours and restrictive practices?
Yes. Our experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners can assess, monitor, and develop strategies to reduce and eliminate restrictive practices wherever possible. We work closely with participants, families, providers, and relevant stakeholders, including attending DCJ Restrictive Practice Authorisation (RPA) meetings where required.
Will you provide reports for NDIS plan reviews?
Yes. We can prepare progress reports, recommendations, and supporting documentation to assist with NDIS reassessments and funding reviews.
